This policy explains how INTRSPOT handles refund and cancellation requests.
Digital Products
Digital products are generally non-refundable once access, download, or delivery has been provided, unless required by applicable law or a separate written agreement.
If you experience a technical issue accessing a purchased digital toolkit, contact INTRSPOT so we can attempt to resolve the issue.
Project Briefs and Services
For AI Project Briefs, Mini MVP Plans, and custom service work, refund eligibility depends on whether work has started and the scope of services already performed.
If you request cancellation before work begins, INTRSPOT may provide a refund or credit at its discretion, minus payment processing fees where applicable.
Memberships
INTRSPOT Pro Membership is currently positioned as an optional coming-soon offer. If membership billing is launched, cancellation and refund terms will be provided before purchase.
Any membership fees already billed in the future will generally be non-refundable unless required by law or a specific written offer states otherwise.
How to Request Review
To request refund review, contact info@intrspot.com with your purchase email, product or service name, purchase date, and a short explanation of the issue.
Refund decisions are handled case by case and do not change the non-clinical scope of INTRSPOT products and services.
